In 2017 the old school in Boddington was refurbished to accommodate a new visitor centre that included interpretation about the town’s history, environment, railways and people. Incorporating large scale panels, pull-out graphics and objects, the centre provides a one-stop shop for visitors looking to learn more about the town and what they can do during their visit. I was engaged to research and write the numerous panels as outlined in the interpretation plan, as well as source images.
