The Harvey River Restoration Taskforce sought the development of an interpretation and conceptual plan to enhance local community/visitor connection with the social, ecological, and economic values (past, present, and future) of the waterways of the Harvey River catchment.
The plan was developed under the theme of ‘Same Landscape, Different Views’ and formed part of a broader catchment wide program marketed under the banner of Marron, more than a meal-Revive our Rivers (MMTM:RR).
Through consultation with the Taskforce and local research, I developed an interpretation plan that could be used to further enhance the taskforce’s aims, ranging from on-site signage to education programs.
